The Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) has two parts.

The teachers panel has representatives of all 6 teachers' unions.

The NUT has 4 representatives - Martin White, Joan Lea, Kendra Deacon and Tony Mulgrew. Glenys Shepherd, our National Executive member, is also on JCC representing Secondary teachers.

The Teachers' Panel meets twice each term to discuss matters relating to teachers' pay and working conditions. We invite Officers of the Authority to to our meetings to deal with matters which concern us.

The other half of the JCC is the Full JCC, which consists of the teachers' panel, officers of the Authority and elected members.

The Full JCC meets once per term. It is chaired by Rosalie Monbiot, Norfolk County Council Member for Children's Services.
