The Downham and District Annual Dinner
23rd June 2008
7 for 7:30pm
Timbers Restaurant, Fincham
The cost is £15 per person which includes two courses and a glass of wine or soft drink with coffee to finish.
If you wish to attend then please send a cheque payable to Downham and District NUT to Mary Cook, 28 Orange Row Road, Terrington St Clement, Kings Lynn, PE34 4PD by Friday 23rd May.

Main course (served with seasonal vegetables):
Roast topside of beef with homemade Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and gravy
Supreme of chicken with leeks and prawns topped with a lemon and parsley sauce
Steamed fillet of salmon served with stir-fried green vegetables and a red pesto sauce
Rocket and spring onion with char-grilled asparagus
To Finish:
Timbers fruit cheesecake
Profiteroles filled with fresh cream and served with chocolate sauce
